Abstract:

(EN)A nano-sized photon collector (NSPC) comprising: (a) a nano-sized crystalline semiconducting particle, at least a portion of which is not insulated; (b) a quantum dot photon collector particle(PC); and(c) an insulating coating comprising silica on at least a portion of said PC. (FR)L'invention porte sur un collecteur de photons de taille nanométrique (NSPC), lequel collecteur comprend : (a) une particule semi-conductrice cristalline de taille nanométrique, dont au moins une partie n'est pas isolée ; (b) une particule collectrice (PC) de photons de point quantique ; et (c) un revêtement isolant comprenant de la silice sur au moins une partie de ladite particule collectrice.
